My name is Sue Van Nostran and I am the 7th grade Guidance Counselor at North Canton Middle School. This is my third year working for the North Canton School District. I am orginally from New York, but have lived in Ohio for the last 20 years and in North Canton for the past 12 years. I am a parent of two North Canton students and am proud to now be an official Hoover Viking myself!! I have 15 years of previous experience as a Professional Clinical Counselor in both agency and private practice settings. I recently aquired my Master Degree in School Counseling as well,and love working in the school setting. I will be at the NCMS on a part-time basis but will be available each day to the 7th grade students and families.

I look forward to working with the 7th grade students this year!

My current schedule at NCMS is as follows:

Monday - 7:10-11:10a.m.

Tuesday - all day

Wednesday - all day

Thursday - 7:10-11:10a.m.

Friday - 11:00-3:00p.m.

Of note, when I am not in the building the other Guidance Counselors in the office will be available to meet your needs!
